What types of bends can Tube-Tec Bending produce?
We produce standard radius bends along with offset bends, compound curves, and helical coils, and we build custom tooling when a project calls for a shape outside our standard capabilities.
Do you work from customer-supplied drawings, or can you help design the bend?
Both. If you already have drawings and specifications, we bend to them directly. If the design is still taking shape, we offer design assistance to help finalize the geometry before moving to production.
What's the difference between a standard bend, an offset bend, and a compound curve?
A standard bend changes direction along a single plane, an offset bend shifts a straight run to one side while keeping it parallel, and a compound curve bends in more than one plane at once, which is common on helical coils and other non-standard shapes.
